Loan Closing/Signing Fee: $125 per signing ($30 Travel Fee if over 20 miles (Monee, IL)
Mobile Notarization
Mobile/Traveling Notary Service Fee: Less than 20 miles (Monee, IL): $30 Travel fee includes first signature plus $10 per additional signature. More than 20 miles (Monee, IL): $45 travel fee includes first signature plus $10 per additional signature.
Remote Online Notarization
Remote online notary services are temporarily allowed for the state of Illinois. The signer must also be physically located in the state during the session. In March 2020, Illinois Governor Pritzker signed an executive order to allow during the current pandemic. (Executive Order 2020-14 - Illinois.gov)
Remote online notarizations are conducted via computer or laptop.
A valid driver’s license or state issued ID MUST be present at the time of appointment.
Signers must have a clear and functioning audio / video capabilities on the devices.
Mobile phones or tablets are allowed provided all of the above requirements are met.
If notarization is needed for REFIs or Seller Closing documents, the fee charged accordingly:
General Notary Fee for one session per document is $25.00. If there is more than one document needing notarized, it is $10.00 additional per document with a limit of three total documents per session.
